• LOCATE A WORKSHOP OR CLINIC: Instantly find the nearest car or motorcycle workshop, or locate a nearby clinic for medical assistance.
• CONSULT A DOCTOR VIRTUALLY OR WITH YOUR E-CARD: Access tele-medicine services while abroad and enjoy cashless payments upon return by using your eCard at clinics (up to S$500).
• CONTACT US WITH EASE: Utilize chatbot Faith or speak to our customer service personnel for assistance with policy inquiries or product information.
• NEWS, ANNOUNCEMENTS, BLOGS: Stay informed with our latest updates, travel news, and insightful financial and insurance articles on our blog.
• PROMOTIONS: Keep abreast of our current promotions and product launches for exciting opportunities.

If you are an existing FWD Flyer app user, please note that your login credentials will no longer be valid. Policyholders can now log in using the same credentials as their online services account. If you are an insured individual, sign up as an insured to view your policy details.
